You’ve Already Paid For Your Next Diet Plan

If you’re looking for the next definitive source for how to lose weight, and you don’t want to spend a lot of money, look no further. The U.S. Federal Government has just released new dietary guidelines; all paid for with your tax dollars. Most of the information is common sense.
