- L — Love, Labour

- O — Obstetrician
- P — Painful, Peeing (All of the time)
- Q — Quickening, Queasy
- R — Restless
- S — Sore Nipples
- T — Tearful
- U — Ultrasound
- V — VBAC (Vaginal Birth after C-section)
- W — Water Weight
- X — eXcitement
- Y — Yippee!
- Z — Zygote
