The Amber Alert Program should be promoted and all of the precautions that you have outlined are as important as the "seat-belt" campaign. If a pregancy is forthcoming, every parent and grandparent should verify that their hospital follows the guidelines for preventing newborn abduction such as happened in a Lubbock, Texas this year.
