We live in an urban area, but there are some great places to walk. Botanical gardens, and this one creek that runs through a local park. Nature is very soothing. It is amazing how refreshed I feel after spending three hours locked in the bathroom with not a soul bothering me. Good book, tons of bubbles and a fantastic water heater make an excellent combination - especially if you add a bit of nature sounds to the mix.
