		<description>I like the yes deal. A wise mama once told me always say some form of yes. It doesn't have to be "yes today" or "yes right away" but we (and especially or kids) hear no so often that to say yes, we can do that later, or yes maybe we can even do that now is a huge way to show respect and help people feel at ease. Good post you.</description>
