		<description>Actually, you can still cook ahead, just try a week. If you freeze your food in ziplocs laid flat, then you can shelve them like books.

I know of some who freeze food in a pan, then turn it out and wrap instead of using bags. While plastic isn't great for the enviroment, ziplocs can be used over and over.</description>

		<description>I like the whole idea of once a month cooking - but it's super hard to make ahead when you have a small freezer.If I ever get a house I might consider getting an energy efficient freezer. I don't love dehydrating too much stuff. But if you have the space once a month cooking is a good plan.</description>
