That lessens the chance of &#8220;grazing&#8221; that contributes to weight gain.<\/li>\n<li>Drink plenty of water.<\/li>\n<li>Exercise. Take a bike to school even if it&#8217;s just for pleasure. Join a club sport or a dance group. Use the stairs.
