{"id":388,"date":"2006-07-28T08:46:05","date_gmt":"2006-07-28T14:46:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.familyresource.com\/blog\/?p=388"},"modified":"2006-07-28T08:46:05","modified_gmt":"2006-07-28T14:46:05","slug":"is-something-missing-in-my-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.familyresource.com\/blog\/2006\/07\/28\/is-something-missing-in-my-life\/","title":{"rendered":"Is Something Missing In My Life?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When I see articles like <a title=\"article\" href=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/templates\/story\/story.php?storyId=5573621\">this one<\/a>, I feel like one of the most passion-less people around.\u00a0 How come I don&#8217;t have something that I have latched onto as strongly as these people.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t yearn to be a trekkie, but their absolute commitment to their cause is something I stand in awe of.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"New Voyages\" src=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/programs\/atc\/features\/2006\/jul\/startrek\/three.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On a sweltering Saturday afternoon in Port Henry, N.Y., James Cawley works on what looks like a Hollywood set.
