Mr. Petrovich has been actively involved in the business of real estate for more than 25 years, at times working as a contractor, Realtor®, a construction project manager, a landlord, an independent fee consultant, an appraiser, a mortgage loan officer, a consulting partner for a quarter billion dollar waterfront redevelopment project, a non-performing asset manager for a national mortgage loan servicer, and for the last 8 years, as Executive Director of a non profit, housing counseling organization whose services include, but are not limited to, post purchase/pre default/and pre-foreclosure counseling. His 501(c)(3) Corporation has been an outsource resource to the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, investigating allegations of mortgage loan servicing error, predatory lending, and real estate transaction fraud. He has served as expert (mortgage loan servicing) witness in several Federal Bankruptcy Courts (New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania). In those capacities, he has been involved, directly or indirectly, with thousands of pre-foreclosure, pre-foreclosure short sale, Sheriff's Sale, and REO sale transactions. He has appeared as a guest on television news segments, drive time NY area radio talk shows, and has been featured in the real estate section of the Sunday New York Times. Representing his non-profit organization SPOCH, his interview is to appear in the upcoming credit industry documentary's DVD version of Maxed Out!

David Servan-Schreiber, M.D. Ph.D.
David Servan-Schreiber, M.D., PH.D., is clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and cofounder of the Center for Complementary Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He codirected a National Institutes of Health laboratory for the study of clinical cognitive neuroscience and functional neuroimaging for several years and has published more than 90 scientific monographs. He's lectured at leading international academic centers, including Stanford, Columbia, Cornell, and Cambridge Universities. One of the original seven members of the United States board of Doctors Without Borders/Mdicins Sans Frontires, he served on the board for 9 years and provided medical relief in Kurdistan, Guatemala, India, Tajikistan, and Kosovo. He continues to develop mental health interventions for victims of crises and to train therapists in crisis areas.
