Adoption – Is Heritage A Human Right?
Laurie Frisch in eMediaWire released an interesting press release about the ancestory/heritage of adopted children. The main complaint is the severing of genetic information to their birth parents, making it difficult, if not impossible, to know who and where they came from.
With the adoption industry promoting the illusion of adopters being the real parents of the unrelated children they are raising, adoptees are being denied basic knowledge about themselves. Who are they really? Who are their ancestors and what is their health history?
